Dr. Talia Davidson, DDS

Dr. Talia Davidson practices all aspects of general dentistry for patients of all ages, including preventive, family, cosmetic, and restorative care. She is committed to combining function and esthetics to create healthy, beautiful, and natural-looking results tailored to each patient’s needs.

Known for her calm and compassionate approach, Dr. Davidson takes pride in creating a welcoming environment where patients feel cared for. She understands that dental anxiety is real, which is why My Island Dentist offers sedation options to help patients feel more relaxed and comfortable during treatment.

Dr. Davidson also has a strong interest in the connection between oral health and overall wellness, including airway health and early airway development in children. As part of that commitment, she continually invests in My Island Dentist to ensure patients receive the highest level of care, including the recent addition of advanced CBCT 3-D imaging technology for more precise diagnostics and treatment planning.

Dr. Sami Taba, DDS

Dr. Sami Taba is a compassionate general dentist dedicated to providing personalized, high-quality dental care. She believes that building strong relationships with her patients is the foundation of exceptional dentistry and takes the time to understand each patient’s individual needs, concerns, and goals. Her approach combines clinical excellence, attention to detail, and a commitment to helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles.

Dr. Taba earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. During her final year of dental school, she was selected as one of only four students in her graduating class to participate in the Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) clinic, where she gained additional experience providing comprehensive care and managing complex dental cases. Prior to joining My Island Dentist, Dr. Taba practiced in private practices throughout the Washington, D.C. and Maryland area, where she developed extensive experience in comprehensive, cosmetic, restorative, and surgical dentistry.

Dr. Taba has a special interest in cosmetic dentistry, restorative dentistry, oral surgery, digital dentistry, and facial aesthetics, including Botox treatments. She enjoys combining advanced techniques with modern technology to create personalized treatment plans that enhance the health, function, and confidence of her patients’ smiles.
